RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, in the same condition as received, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Due to the nature of our formulations, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
To request a return, please contact us at tawilbeauty@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. If approved, you will receive instructions for return.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damages & Issues

Refunds

PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet entered processing.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If applicable, subscription orders may be modified or canceled prior to the next billing cycle. Once processed, they cannot be reversed.
