Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Store Credit Eligibility
We offer store credit only for eligible returns that meet all of the following conditions:
* Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
* Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
* Item must be received back in resalable condition
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or store credit:
* Opened or used products
* Items not in original condition
* Products returned outside of the 14-day window
* Final sale or promotional items (if applicable)

If approved, you will receive return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include clear photos of:
* The product
* The packaging
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Store Credit Issuance
Once your return is received and inspected, approved store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days.
Store credit:
* Will be issued in the form of a digital code
* Is non-transferable
* Cannot be redeemed for cash

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed promptly.
We do not guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed.

Liability
We are not responsible for:
* Delays caused by shipping carriers
* Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
